Sharice Davids Announces $828,000 Raised in Q3 2021, Largest-Ever Haul in a Non-Election Year

Today, Representative Sharice Davids (KS-03) announced her re-election campaign raised more than $828,000 in the third quarter of 2021, bringing the campaign’s cash on hand to over $1.7 million.

Raising more than $250,000 more than this time last cycle, Davids smashed previous records to bring in the most her campaign has ever raised in a non-election year. Additionally, 90 percent of contributions have been less than $100, as Davids continues to build strong grassroots support for her re-election.

“We’re continuing to build momentum, and I’m honored to have the Third District’s support going into the end of the year,” said Davids. “We’re also seeing momentum in our efforts to end this pandemic, and I’m going to continue fighting to ensure everyone in our community is included as we work to rebuild our economy better than it was before.”

Davids continues to bring the voices of the Third District to Washington in her second term. This year alone, Davids brought home 1.3 million economic impact payments to hardworking Kansans, gave 45,100 families a tax cut in the Kansas Third District through the expanded Child Tax Credit, and successfully pushed for a new approach to expand Medicaid and provide health coverage to 165,000 Kansans.
